Hampshire history at Manasan Farm

Heading for the pasture In 1954, a herd of 100 crossbred sheep are established.

In 1963, 6 purebred Hampshires were added to the flock.

Since 1971, the sheep are registered with the performance control program « PEG ».

Manasan Farm has always produced meaty sheep of medium build which proves very useful for commercial breeders.

Today, Manasan Farm's flock consists of 130 purebred Hampshire ewes, a small group of Leicesters and 250 crossbred ewes.
